Dr. Michael Moon, Principal
Dr. Michael Moon has been the principal at E.B. Frink since 2020. Prior to that, he was an assistant principal at Contentnea-Savannah and Kinston High School. He also taught English and journalism and coached several sports at KHS for seven years before becoming an administrator. Dr. Moon is a proud alumnus of North Carolina State and East Carolina University. When he is not at school, Dr. Moon enjoys spending time with his wife, Elizabeth, and their daughters, Olivia and Evelyn.

Mrs. Sheila West, Assistant Principal
Mrs. Sheila West has been the assistant principal at E. B. Frink since 2018. Prior to that, she was a math teacher and girls’ basketball coach at Woodington. She also taught fifth grade math and science for many years at Northwest Elementary. Mrs. West is a National Board Certified Teacher and an alumnus of Lenoir Community College and East Carolina University. Mrs. West has three daughters, Heather, Hailey, and Hunter, who all graduated from Lenoir County Public Schools. When not at school, Mrs. West enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Timmy, and their chocolate labrador retriever, Reagan.
